It's been a testing few weeks health wise chronic pain and fatigue have played hell with my ability to do stuff. My hands in particular have been worse than normal and with a loss of sensation in my right index finger and parts of my arm painting of any sort has been near impossible and I've had trouble sleeping too making the whole situation much worse. That said I have still managed to clear a little bit of stuff and finish a few projects mostly my prototypes for the warmachine steamroller templates which turned out OK, but not perfect. I have already sourced some thinner rounds of MDF at 6mm for the stage two and last night whilst watching Strictly come dancing sketched out a rough outline for stage two prototypes. Now all that is needed is a burst of energy for carving it out with my new pencil drive for my dremmel. Here in hull we have a shop called Boyes which has also been selling milling bit sets for a couple of pound so I need to test them too.
I could of course just use the dremmel itself but it's too hard on my hands and leaves me in a lot of discomfort, I am hoping that the much thinner pencil drive and new bits will make things much more tolerable and if so the investment of less than a tenner will be a bargain.
Progress has also been made on my Wild West exodus buildings adding pitched tin roofs to all of them, which when rusted up will look good I hope, well that's the plan anyway.
