Well it's been a shitty old time with nothing much to crow about and then comes the Christmas holiday. My health as usual has been a nightmare with yet more problems requiring a host of tests and visits to the doctor. There has been no quality time for hobby as what time I've had has been short interrupted and I haven't had the resources of strength or stamina to manage much at all. Medication has kept me tired and out of it and it's only been recently with the onset of Christmas that I have been productive.
So what has been done well for starters the Wild West exodus table is coming along nicely the battle mat is from frontline war gaming and apart from a little bit of base work still to be done on the gallows I've painted and weathered the five buildings ready for a final varnish. The troops for this game have also been bolstered with the addition of the great elk and a trio of energy beasts for the warrior nation. Also ready for some final finishing touches are a series of rocky outcrops to add multiple levels and obstacles to the table.

the following trio of Minion Gatormen miniatures have also found themselves onto my workbench and the basic base coat and pre shade completed. I always like to leave a minimum of 24 hours or so between stages just to let thing dry properly so it won't be long before I'm back at em... In the background you can also see a small batch of Victoria 28 MM. French line infantry I've broken down in to small batches to finish off.. In all honesty it's these bloody figures that robbed me of my painting mojo in the first place. Over the years I have painted many different figures from many manufacturers yet for me these are the worse and I hate the bloody things if I hadn't agreed to do these for a friend then they would have been out the window long ago.
